Hi all. A lot more people are becoming environmentally aware. And proud to say I am making a global difference with my green living. Very excited to have discovered a completely new:
AREKS NEW GREEN STEP! (see section GREEN STUFF point 9)
GREEN STUFF
My ethical consumer shopping.
100% recycled toilet paper so no new trees are cut to wipe you arse.
2. Fair trade bananas – supporting small scale farming, good working conditions, fair wages and organic cultivation of soil.
3.Bio – d multi surface cleaner. According to www.ethiscore.org/ magazine this is the most ethical brand of home cleaners, scoring a whopping 15 on the ethical score. Before was using ecover but they only score about 10 as their ingredients do not pass on non animal tested field. SO it means that their ingredients can be tested on animals. From no on I be buying all bio – d house hold products. From Toilet cleaner to washing up powder, www.biodegradable.biz
www.ethiscore.org report on this.
4.Green peoples toothpaste scores massive 16! Before was using colgate but they only score poor 8! Not only that the Greenpeople tooth paste is not only good for environment but for you teeth as it has mostly 100% natural ingredients + propolis.

5.Switched from Nike to Newbalance. Nike only scores 8.5 and Newblanace trainers 9. Read in some other magazine that they NB are made in UK so support 'local economy'. Those trainers are also quite good quality and comfortable!

Nike which has been known to use child labor in China.
My next pair going to be Worn Again Trainers www.wornagain.co.uk as they have superb ethical policy.
and score an almost good on 14.5 on www.ethiscore.org score board
Let me remind you dear reader that every time you make a choice to with ethical brand that scores at least 10 you are making a global difference and helping to make earth green again. If you manage to buy products scoring 15 and over, then you can consider your self an Super green shopper that makes big difference, aiding green cause. And you are living closer to nature!
“The more you honor and respect the world around you, the more you are supported and protected by that world”.
Denise Linn
Buying ethical goods and living green life is honoring nature!
6. Site just like ethicalscore.org but all info about companies is free and you can see companies such as McDonlands, Canon and Googole. How ethical they are. Here is a score of 1-100, where 100 is most ethical and 1 is none. Am amazed how poorly Google does with just 17. Am proud to be with Canon which scores 77. Am representing! Star. And we have one that has shamed as ebay scores 02! OMG they are like G.W. Bush just want money at any cost.
Also signed up to their news letter to get informed about future updates on companies!
They got informative movie about how many people are changing to greener life styles called “Climate: a crises averted.”

9.“Black Google Would Save 750 Megawatt-Hours a Year”
“Take at look at Google, for instance, who gets about 200 million queries a day. Let's assume each query is displayed for about 10 seconds; that means Google is running for about 550,000 hours every day on some desktop. Assuming that users run Google in full screen mode, the shift to a black background will save a total of 15 (74-59) watts. Now take into account that about 25 percent of the monitors in the world are CRTs, and at 10 cents a kilowatt-hour, that's about $75,000/year, a goodly amount of energy and dollars for changing a few color codes.”
Fascinating article! How easy its to save electricity and money!

Thinking about starting a petition to make Google Black or GREEN! Even for 1 day a week!
Calculations show that:
White and bright colors (especially in backgrounds) can use up to 20% more power than black or dark colors.
Check this chart:www.microtech.doe.gov/EnergyStar/info.htm#display
AREKS NEW GREEN STEP!
So have changed the color of my web site from white to green, reducing power consumption from 74W to 60W. Ah feel orgasmic every time there is a difference that can be made to make my life more green!

2.Articles with professional views of doctors showing how good masturbation is for you!
“Masturbation is a normal, natural activity throughout life," says Robert Pollack, a psychology professor at the University of Georgia. It may even contribute to mental health and not doing it may lead to psychosexual problems.
For men, masturbation or regular sex is good for the prostate and can prevent painful prostate blockage. For women it can help reduce cramping and for both men and women has been shown to have a healthy effect on the immune systems as well as reducing overall tension and helping emotions.”
