AMAZING VICTORY – McDonalds take a massive profit hit from two ordinary people!
Here are two after only high school people who have cost one of biggest global corporations over $50 million in profits. Mc Labels went in to court battle with McDonalds and won! David bit the Goliath!
This case is the best proof that ordinary people without former qualifications can make a global difference and have amazing power.

GREEN STUFF
1.Live earth 24 environmental awareness promoting concert. On one hand I think its a great idea because many people will find out about environmental issues through it. On other hand it will produce a lot of pollution. But in long run I believe that the cost will out weight benefits.
They have this easy test to see how much you pollute. An average score is 303. My more than average green live style scored a great 163! And annual CO2 output is 4 tones only. Ah...am very proud of it.
What about you? Are you above or below the average? An an eco power man!
Also check out the green education channel there. It as very educational easy to understand videos.
2.Short education from your tube titled "What are we waiting for?" movie showing efficient power stations and UK's very inefficient power system that looses 2/3 of its electricity before it reaches our homes!
3.Superb article why its better to be vegetarian than a meat eater for the environment and whole world!
“What we choose to eat is one of the biggest factors in the personal impact we have on the environment. A recent study, examining the impact of a typical week’s eating, showed that
plant-based diets are better for the environment than those based on meat . A vegan, organic diet had the smallest environmental impact, but the single most damaging foodstuff was beef and all non-vegetarian diets required significantly greater amounts of environmental resources, such as land and water. By feeding grain and vegetables directly to people (rather than livestock) we can increase the amount of food available to everyone.”
From Vegeterian Society 2nd newsletter
Also great article on why go green from veg society.
And of course the infamous 30 reasons to go vegetarian!

It pays to shop local foods as its better for environment and local economy.
PETITIONS SIGNED
6.“These small fish are essential to the health of our oceans. But large industrial ships known as herring mid-water trawlers are removing more Atlantic herring from New England’s inshore areas than is sustainable.
The ships tow huge fishing nets as wide as a football fields through the ocean, indiscriminately killing everything in their path. They have even caught whales in their nets in the Gulf of Maine and on the Georges Bank. Anything they catch that they don't want is simply discarded, and often killed and destroyed in the process.
The irresponsible fishing practices of these large industrial ships are putting the long-term health of our ocean ecosystems and marine life at risk. The traditional feeding grounds for whales, dolphins, tuna and other marine life are under threat by the growing loss of Atlantic herring along the New England coastline.”
STUFF TO DO
“CAMPAIGN: Faslane 365
Remember Trident? That was the missile system destined to cost the taxpayer £76 billion to which Tony Blair gave the thumbs-up before he left office to go and spread the word of peace.
Fortunately, some people are not prepared to be led quietly into the night. Those people are the veterans of the Faslane 365 campaign. With a rolling programed of action outside the gates of the Faslane naval base in Scotland, you can help show that this weapon has no place in the 21st century.”
£76 billion for some missiles pointless system. Thats mad! All that money could spend much better way like investing in greener economy (businesses and houses), and reducing poverty! I am looking in to doing something about this! Wanna join this campaign to spend our money better.
8. HUMAN RIGHTS
Darfuri women and girls are under constant threat of rape and physical assault by the Janjaweed. Girls as young as eight risk being raped and attacked when they leave their homes or refugee camps to gather firewood and food. Hungry families face a terrible choice each day - do they send out their husbands and sons who may be killed, or their mothers and daughters, who may be raped and beaten? This is a choice no one should ever have to make!”
The 2.5 million Darfuris that have been driven from their homes and are completely dependent on international aid for food, medical help, and shelter. But much of that aid has not been able to reach those who need it. Tell President Bush and the UN Secretary-General to stop the genocide in Darfur by putting international pressure on Sudan!”http://www.thepetitionsite.com/takeaction/821715518?z00m=9402550">
